MCGUIGAN BLACK LABEL PINOT GRIGIO, AUSTRALIA

Region: South Eastern Australia

Colour: Light gold

Aroma: Distinct varietal aromas of pear and passionfruit
with delicate floral perfumes.

Palate:This is a refreshing white wine featuring delightful
flavours of ripe pear and green apple. It is a
nicely balanced wine that delivers a clean citrus
finish typical of the Pinot Grigio style.

Food: Pinot Grigio is the perfect accompaniment to
fresh seafood, grilled fish, white meats or even
Thai dishes.

Notes: Pinot Grigio is one of the most popular styles in
Italy, nicknamed the “Grey Monk” due to the grey
colour of the grapes on the vine. This grape
produces a variety of styles ranging from the
fuller Pinot Gris of France to the refreshing Italian
style that is traditionally lighter with a crisper
finish.
Harvested at night, the Pinot Grigio grape was
crushed and pressed with the resultant juice
clarified.
Fermentation was conducted in stainless steel
tanks and cold filtered to ensure a nice crisp
finish before bottling.

Tech: Alc 13.0%
