CASILLERO DEL DIABLO RESERVA SAUVIGNON BLANC, CHILE

With origins in Bordeaux, France, this variety is a call to freshness. In Casillero del Diablo this characteristic is complemented by a mineral note for refreshing style with peach and redcurrant aromas. A lush and well-rounded wine with perfect balance and elegance that is ideal with salmon ceviche.

APPELLATION – Casablanca, Rapel (coastal) & Limari valleys.

SOIL – Benchland and riverbench associated soils.

AGEING – Fermented in stainless steel tanks.

COLOUR – Pale yellow colour with green hues, very bright and clean.

NOSE – Fresh, due to citric hints. Presence of pears, lime and some tropical touches
with a greenish finish thanks to the presence of green apples.

PALATE – An elegant wine due to the intensity and balanced acidity. The citric
characteristics from the coastal areas of the Central Valley stand out. It is
fresh from the beginning to the end, where the balance of fruit and acidity
refresh the palate.

FOOD PAIRING – Scallops carpaccio or fresh seafood such as oysters, clams, crab and
shrimps.
