With origins in Bordeaux, France, this variety is a call to freshness. In Casillero del Diablo this characteristic is complemented by a mineral note for refreshing style with peach and redcurrant aromas. APPELLATION – Casablanca, Rapel (coastal) & Limari valleys.

SOIL – Benchland and riverbench associated soils.

COLOUR – Pale yellow colour with green hues, very bright and clean.

NOSE – Fresh, due to citric hints. Presence of pears, lime and some tropical touches
with a greenish finish thanks to the presence of green apples.

characteristics from the coastal areas of the Central Valley stand out. It is
fresh from the beginning to the end, where the balance of fruit and acidity
