Winemaking

The wine harvests are at the end of September at the highest point of maturing. We use a short skin contact for few hours, and then a fermentation at low controlled temperature to preserve aromas.

Organoleptic characteristics

Yellow with green tints.

Expressive with floral notes, lightly vegetal, developing into mineral aromas.

Fresh attack, full-bodied and round; the fruity personality comes through. Slightly exotic palate.

8 – 10 °C

This wine can be enjoyed on its own or with seafood, fish and soft cheeses.
