Winemaking

Short macerations on skins is used in order to extract the colour and the precursors of aromas. Fermentation at low temperature to develop the aromatic potential.

Organoleptic characteristics

Pale pink.

Very expressive with red fruit and minty notes.

On the palate, the wine is round and fresh.

How to appreciate ?

8 – 10 °C

This wine is the ideal partner for all outdoors summer meals.
