Deep russet red in colour with the nose showing earthy aromas of savoury oak, dark cherries and stewed rhubarb. The palate has a delicious spiciness with cinnamon evident over a robust and generous body. It leaves a persistent lingering silky finish.
A perfect match with pheasant and venison, spicy pasta dishes or lamb.
