Kendall Jackson Vintners Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon has flavours of black cherry, blackberry and cassis. Cabernet Sauvignon grapes are blended with Merlot for softness, Cabernet Franc for tannins, Petit Verdot for an enhanced mouthfeel and Malbec for roundness. It is aged for 10 months in French Oak barrels (59%), American Oak barrels (29%) and stainless steel vats. Artisanal winemaking techniques, including cold soaking and extended maceration are used to enhance and soften the tannins, deepen the colour and intensify the flavours.
