Winemaking

Traditional: the grapes are picked perfectly ripe, destemmed, crushed and fermented for 6 to 12 days.

Organoleptic characteristics

An intense ruby colour.

This wine develops aromas of red berries, blackcurrant and violets.

It is soft and fruity. The tannins are softened and the woodiness is very discreet. The finish is explosive.

How to appreciate ?

16 – 18°C

It is ideal served with roast lamb, casseroles and stews, barbecues and strong cheeses.
