Traditional vinification. The grapes are harvested when just ripe, destemmed, crushed and fermented for 6 to 12 days at a temperature kept within 32°C and pressed gently.
Dark-coloured and impenetrable.
An expressive bouquet of blackcurrant, tobacco leaf and floral scent.
With a potent aroma, this wine is beautifully balanced and nicely structured.
16 – 18 °C
Perfect match with stronger flavoured cheese and grilled meats.
