80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon
Traditional technique: fermentation and maceration at controlled temperature below 32°C. Matured in vats and aged in our cellars at 15°C for one year, in traditional Bordeaux bottles.
A pretty, bright ruby colour with hints of red brick.
A fruity bouquet with vanilla notes.
On the palate the tannins make the wine full and fleshy. It is well-balanced, flexible and delicate in character with good length.
16 – 18°C
This wine goes perfectly with red meat, game birds and cheese. Serve between
