Winemaking

Traditional wine-making process : the grapes are whole in bunches. Short maceration for 4 to 5 days.This technique combines alcohol and intra-cellular fermentation. After that, the wine is made like any other red wine.

Organoleptic characteristics

A ruby red and brilliant color.

The nose offers red fruit aromas.

Supple and round with a fine aromatic persistence.

How to appreciate ?

12 – 14 °C

Perfect accompaniment to with scallops, boiled meat, suckling pig in jelly, partridge à la catalane, quenelles, Camembert cheese.
