Wine of Spain.Est. 1705 as a private dining club that saluted the beefsteak as a symbol of liberty and prosperity. Today, we celebrate the best that Spain has to offer with this outstanding Tempranillo. From old Tempranillo bush-vines grown in the province of Toledo in the north of the central Spanish plains at altitudes of around 700 metres. The concentrated berry flavours and ripe tannins make this the perfect accompaniment to grilled steaks, lamb, sausages and Manchego cheese.

CompareBeefsteak Club was created with steak and wine lovers in mind to honour the dining clubs of the 18th and 19th century which celebrated the beefsteak as a symbol of liberty and prosperity. Fans of a good steak are often equally enthusiastic about their wines. Beefsteak Club brings together these two passions. Argentina, a paradise for many wine and meat lovers, had to be the first port of call and the first Beefsteak Club could be none other than the country’s signature varietal – Malbec. Now the Malbec has some healthy competition from its Spanish sister the Beefsteak Club Tempranillo. Grown in the sunny region of La Mancha, Tempranillo is another grape variety that goes beautifully well with meat.
Bright ruby in colour, this wine has concentrated aromas of juicy and crisp red fruit and plums. Notes of rich raspberries and strawberries on the palate, with hints of vanilla and cacao, with ripe tannins on the finish.
