Bushmills Whiskey 21yr old RARE
Found on County Antrim’s rugged coastline, the village of Bushmills is home to Ireland’s oldest whiskey distillery. The 21yr old RARE single malt is aged for at least 19yrs in oloroso sherry and bourbon casks this is then followed by a final 2yrs of maturation in Madeira casks. The unique combination of woods gives the 21yr an enjoyable depth and flavour.
Tasting notes.
Nose: soft spices and orange peel.
Palate: dried fruits, spicy malt and toasted raisins.
Finish: liquorice and oak.
