Bright Red Bouquet: Red fruits with light savoury notes, nutmeg & chocolate oak character. Palate: Sweet ripe plum & berry fruits with a subtle vanilla & choc mint oak character. The wine is medium to full body with soft balanced tannins.
Fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of around 25ºC.
Maceration with skins for approximately 12 days.
The wine spends 4 months in American oak casks before rounding off its ageing in the bottle.
Tasting note
A cherry red colour, suggestive of a vibrant Tempranillo wine.
On the nose, it’s rich aromas have a pronounced intensity with an initial scent of ripe red fruit followed by gentle sweet notes of vanilla and spices.
On the palate, it is perfumed, soft and fresh with a long finish with notes of fruits, vanilla and cocoa.
Deep ruby red in colour. The nose has intense aromas of red berries with hints of spices. The palate is balanced with velvety tannins, and it has a soft and round finish.

Deep ruby in colour, bordering on garnet at the edge. A fruit and spiced nose with hints of ripe berries, morello cherries, truffles, and cedar. The palate is elegant and well balanced, mature flavours of leather, spiced forest fruits, and roasted game. Persistent and powerful, the flavours ensure a wine of excellent length.
This wine is a great match with pork or duck and its underlying earthiness will lend well to dishes based around mushrooms. The 2012 vintage won a Bronze Medal at the International Wine Challenge 2015. The IWC is accepted as the world's finest and most meticulously judged wine competition.
